During the Advanced Battery Power – Kraftwerk Batterie, our colleagues from VIRTUAL VEHICLE (ViF) and Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ) actively presented key developments from the greenSPEED project.
Presentation by FZJ – Focus on WP2 (Anode Processing)
Shiho Honda from Forschungszentrum Jülich delivered a presentation titled: “Achieving Stable Cycling Performance of Silicon Anode for LIB by Optimized Electrochemical Pre-Lithiation”.
The presentation provided in-depth insights into the work conducted under Work Package 2 (WP2) with FZJ as lead, which focuses on anode processing. Shiho presented the silicon anodes used, the pre-lithiation process, discussed the main technical challenges and shared initial experimental results.
