On 1. December 2025 in Graz, Austria, greenSPEED participated in the Battery Heroes feat. COLLABAT Workshop on Impact and Sustainability of Battery Clusters, hosted at LENDHAFEN Graz. The workshop brought together key stakeholders from European battery research and innovation projects, including representatives from the European Commission, BEPA, LiPLANET and other Horizon Europe clusters.

An interactive World Café session to explore long-term cluster impact and sustainability
The workshop was held the day before the Battery Innovation Days 2025 (2. & 3. December), a central European gathering for policymakers, industry, and researchers to discuss trends and developments in sustainable battery technologies.
greenSPEED highlighted its advances in solvent-free, energy-efficient battery production and exchanged insights with other projects to support a more sustainable and competitive European battery ecosystem.
